MAP 1018 - Crookes Framed Mini Print

Crookes Mini Print

This mini print depicts Crookes through historical Ordnance Survey mapping, focusing on the tight grid of terraced streets that define one of Sheffield's most distinctive hillside suburbs. Small details within the original map hint at the area's growth from village to city neighbourhood, its streets laid out long before Crookes became known for its steep charm and community feel. It sits within a wider series revisiting physical maps in an increasingly digital world.
