Map 05 - Ecclesall Woods & Abbeydale

Map 05 in the Harrison Heritage Maps series.

This piece turns to Ecclesall Woods and Abbeydale, drawing on historical Ordnance Survey mapping of Sheffield’s southern edge where woodland gives way to the valley landscape. The original mapping is preserved with subtle enhancements to line and detail.

It forms part of a broader series concerned with the recovery of physical mapping in an increasingly digital world.
